Recent client work has included:
Designed the HR Operating Model and helped established a HR Shared Service Centre with Technology enablement for a major UK retailer with over 90,000 employees. Assignment over 2 years included establishing a methodology for HR service design, recruiting and training a new team and gaining consensus between different business units on the HR service.
Presentation to HR and Technology staff at ANZ bank in Melbourne, on “The role of HR in Reinventing Organisations: Embracing People Analytics”
Facilitated sessions with the HR leadership team at an Insurance company, to work out technology led opportunities for their HR Transformation project and also to anticipate some of the risks.
Advisor to a HR Transformation programme for a London Council with about 2,000 employees – worked with the HR leadership team to develop HR Target Operating Model and implementation plan.
Provided HR Programme Management for a Global Pharmaceutical Company with over 125,000 staff, focused on HR solution design and transition to a new HR Operating Model.
Established a HR Transformation Programme and Global HR Process Design and HR Technology workstreams for a Global Engineering Company with 10,000 employees in over 100 countries.
Developed the HR Technology Selection Project for an engineering company with 5,000 employees.
Designed and implemented a new HR Operating Model for a London NHS Foundation Trust, over 9 months.
