Andrew Spence – Director

Andrew is Glass Bead Consulting’s founder and Managing Director. He has extensive experience of delivering change in HR, working with leading outsourcing and consulting companies including Accenture, Deloitte and Hewitt for the past 13 years. Most recently Andrew had a senior role at Deloitte in the Human Capital Consulting practice in London.
He has successfully led the design and implementation of a number of high-profile service delivery transformation programmes for clients including NHS Trusts, Global Banks, BP, The Department for Transport, Morrisons, Ford, Global Products Company, Global Transportation Company, Global Health Group and UK Public Sector Department.
Andrew has a comprehensive understanding of building the business case for change and the design of new HR service delivery models, both in-house and outsourced. He has a strong track record for reducing costs and improving customer service for clients.
