We employ a small core team of senior experienced HR Transformation consultants, and also work with a pool of independent experts.  Rather than employ a pool of less experienced consultants and develop them during client engagements, we believe in providing clients with exactly the skills they need for a particular outcome.

Our senior and experienced lead consultants will work with you to identify your requirements for delivering your business objectives. We will then engage with our diverse pool of independent experts in areas such as Programme Management, HRIS, HR Strategy and Change Management to build a team which will deliver your specific objectives.

Andrew is a HR Transformation expert with over 15 years experience delivering change in HR.
He has successfully led the design and implementation of a number of high profile HR transformation programmes for global clients in Europe, US and UK, working with leading outsourcing and consulting companies Accenture, Deloitte and Hewitt.

 

Andrew specialises in the design and implementation of new HR service delivery models, both in-house and outsourced. His particular emphasis is aligning HR to achieve organisational goals.  
 
He has been involved in the design and delivery of different types of HR Operating Models including; HR Shared Services, Centres of Expertise, HR Business Partners, HR Outsourcing and HR Technology.
 
Andrew is a pioneer in the Global HR Outsourcing market, leading the transition of the first HR processes for BP to Exult in 2000. Since then he has been involved in the feasibility, transition, due dliligence and implementation and delivery of over 10 engagements over 10 years.
 
Andrew brings his experience from a number of different sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Health and Transportation to advise on HR Transformation options. 
 
His unique experience of both client side advisory and supplier side delivery has been invaluable to facilitate the HRO procurement process and design HR Operating Models that deliver business objectives.

 

Andrew is the founder of Glass Bead Consulting, a HR Transformation consultancy supporting clients to achieve their HR Transformation objectives through consulting services, innovative tools and educational services.   He regularly publishes, speaks and delivers training sessions on HR Transformation and writes the HR Transformer Blog.
