		<description>Hi Jo, many thanks for the comments.  I agree that it is difficult to develop skills without a clear view of what needs to be done.  This pushes the onus on good leadership to work out where the gaps are, how they should be filled, and of course to foster a spirit of solidarity to make change happen.</description>

None of us can do everything and we lack as many skills as they do.  What counts are the skills we have - and the solidarity which is the foundation stone of any change program.</description>
