Chris Edwards – HR Transformation Consultant

Chris is an experienced HR Transformation Specialist with extensive experience of process development, change management, organisational design and requirements management on major HR Transformation programmes.

Chris has 9 years experience working for a blue-chip company and a further 9 years working for a leading UK Management Consultancy. He is now an independent consultant and is recognised as a leading exponent of process-led operational design within the context of a change programme. He has delivered significant process designs in the Government, financial services and utilities sectors and in a variety of functional areas with a particular emphasis on HR. He achieves results by gaining the trust of clients with his non-threatening and co-operative style. Chris has excellent communication skills and regularly delivers training in business process modelling, facilitation, problem solving and presentation skills. He has extensive experience of leading teams and usually delivers an equal proportion of his team’s work in addition to fulfilling the team leader role. He is an advanced user of Casewise Corporate Modeller business design software.
