Martin Hunt – HR Technology Transformation Consultant

Martin is a senior HR professional with extensive experience in the delivery of complex HR technology programmes and management of transformational change projects. Considerable exposure to strategy development through to the completion of business cases and delivery of projects combined with broad subject matter expertise and the ability to operate successfully at senior levels working alongside major suppliers and consultancy organisations.

Martin held numerous senior positions at Lloyds TSB over a 25 year career heading up large operational functions through to directing major technology led change programmes. He has worked within and acquired a deep understanding of HR shared services and technology gained over many years.

Since 2006 he has worked as a freelance consultant on a wide variety of assignments, working either as team leader, team member or on his own, across industry sectors including retail, building and construction, technology, insurance underwriting, defence and government focusing primarily upon the technology implications of HR transformation, strategy formulation, product selection and implementation.

Martin holds a Business Studies degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as well as a Member of the Institute of Management Services.
